You can not go wrong hiring Mr. Appel to represent you. He is so knowledgeable, personable, and very considerate. He remembers all of the facts of your case, has the law down backwards and forwards. He, and his entire firm, is genuinely just the embodiment of efficiency! He shortened a long list of tickets and charges for me to virtually nothing and was able to make me laugh in court when I was very scared. It is a true pleasure to have met him.
