Great representation. I used them for three separate tickets. After agreeing to have them represent me, I did Initially I have a hard time getting in touch when calling the office. But eventually the secretary gave me Ed’s cell phone number and everything was great after that. So with the reviews complaining about the lack of responsiveness, I understand the frustration, but it’s not due to bad character or anything shady, they just need to do a little better with the office number. They’ll do a great job for you though. I had Anthony, another man whose name I forget, and Ed represent me on each ticket and all three were fantastic. Highly recommended.
